Dr. Behrad Ben Aynehchi

A proud alumnus of Beverly Hills High School and the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Aynehchi completed his rigorous training at the facial trauma and cancer reconstruction meccas of Temple University and the State University of New York. This encompassed all facets of Head and Neck Surgery where he directed several resident-run clinics and performed almost 3000 operative procedures.
Dr. Aynehchi was recruited into the sole position at arguably the top Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship in the country at the New York University School of Medicine and is the only graduate from this legendary program to be practicing on the West Coast. Serving as an instructor at the Lenox Hill Hospital and NYU Langone Medical Center, he practiced alongside several world-renowned experts from Manhattan’s Upper East Side. His techniques and innovations have been chronicled in several groundbreaking articles and book chapters on Facial Plastic and Head and Neck Surgery in addition to dozens of national and international lectures sharing his expertise with his peers.

Dr. Michelle Putnam

Dr. Michelle Putnam

Dr. Michelle Putnam graduated from UCLA in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, at which time she first began her studies in immunology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She completed a Masters Degree in 1993 at Boston University, and she then continued her research in the role of B-cell immunology in autoimmunity and diabetes at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda. In 1998, Dr. Putnam received her medical degree with honors and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society at Albany Medical College in New York. She did an internship in General Surgery and then Residency in Otolaryngology, both at Albany Medical College. Throughout her residency, she was actively involved in basic science research projects and achieved numerous publications, awards and grants. She served as a representative and administrative board member to both the American College of Surgeons and the American Association of Medical Colleges. Dr. Putnam continues to lecture at prestigious Universities and conferences nationwide. Dr. Putnam practices general otolaryngology, with special interests in allergy and sinus surgery, pediatric otolaryngology, head and neck oncology, otology and facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Amanda Salvado

Dr. Amanda Salvado

Dr. Amanda Salvado grew up in Fullerton, California. She attended UC Berkeley as an Alumni Scholar, where she completed a major in English, a minor in Education, and her premedical basic science training. She then worked in the Organic Chemistry department and studied Biochemistry at Columbia University in New York before applying to medical school.Dr. Salvado received her medical degree in 2003 from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where she was elected president of the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha, and graduated with highest honors. She then attended UCLA, completing an internship in General Surgery and residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. During this time she contributed to research of novel treatments for head and neck cancer. Dr. Salvado was then awarded and completed a fellowship in Laryngology at UCLA.Dr. Salvado is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA.

Dr. Dorothy Wang

Dr. Dorothy Wang

Dr. Dorothy Wang grew up in Redlands, California. She attended HarvardUniversity where she majored in Chemistry and earned two Howard Hughes Undergraduate Research Fellowships. Upon graduating with honors, she then worked in a research laboratory at UCSF before applying to medical school.Dr. Wang attended Cornell University Medical College in New York City and became involved with research in the field of head and neck cancer at Memoral Sloan-Kettering Cancer Institute. She did her residency at UCLA, completing two years of General Surgery and four years of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery training. Dr. Wang holds the position of UCLA Assistant Clinical Professor at the Wadsworth VA hospital, helping train UCLA residents and providing our veterans with top-quality medical care.  Dr, Wang treats all general adult and pediatric ENT problems, ENT, and Head and Neck surgery.
